"A more immediate threat than climate change, the mid-21st-century energy dilemma inspires reclusive trillionaire Lyman Dysart ⎯ called ""The Stockholder"" by his privately owned company employees ⎯ to finance research and development of the ultimate energy solution: controlled nuclear fusion power generation. About the Author: A retired aerospace engineer at Lockheed, William Walling enjoyed a second career as a technical writer in Silicon Valley. He also published many works of science and historical fiction, and at age 94 was putting the finishing touches on The Stockholder when he passed away in January 2021.
