Scott Asai is a former Youth Pastor turned Entrepreneur that is driven to blend faith and business to develop Millennial leaders. Scott grew up in West Los Angeles, CA, received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount Unversity, Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and is a Certified Professional Coach. Scott lives in Santa Monica, CA with his wife, daughter and rabbit. He started his current company, Growing Forward, in 2007 to guide individuals from aspiration to achievement. Besides being a Life/Career Coach, Scott is an avid networker, creating his own networking group, Career Synergy in 2011. His first book, The Startup Church: Building Faith Communities that Attract Millennials is aimed at church leaders and pastors who have neglected The Movement Generation for several years. His goal is to use this book as a blueprint for creating faith communities around the world. Scott has written articles featured on Career Bliss, BeaFields.com, Jobing.com, The Get Inspired Project, Daily Blogma, Brazen Careerist, Talking about Generations and Life After College.
