The Stars That Dont Shine is a collection of poetry divided into three chapters- Words I Never Told you, Words I Never Told Myself, and Words I Never Told The World. It is mainly based on love, loss, grief, self-confidence, healing, wisdom, and overcoming. We are all people who has experienced the hurting and the learning to recover; we all have scars and wounds that we bring with us throughout our lifetime. However, life is maintained through an equal balance of holding on and letting go; sometimes it's necessary to acknowledge the pain from our wounds and recover from them. The Stars That Don't Shine is written by a fifteen year-old, giving a new perspective on poetry to teens and adults, as well as share a viewpoint of the world from a pair of young eyes.
