Overview

Based in Newark, New Jersey is the story of an innocent and naive autistic grade school student who is tormented everyday by the school menace named Pound. Pound on his daily routine of extorting is begged by Shakir to please be spared on this one particular day, promising to one day pay him back. With an extreme doubt in his mind that someone so physically smaller and coy could ever help him, Pound spares him that day. Not much longer after, Shakir keeps his promise to Pound in a time that Pounds absolutely needs it the most. The act of kindness by Shakir teaches Pound more lessons than one, and the atmosphere of the school is shifted from that day forward for the better.
