OverviewA classic carol, served with a hot side of grits! On the first day of Christmas my sugar gave to me a porch swing by a peach tree. Readers will sing along as magnolias blossom and slices of pecan pie are put on every plate. Beautiful illustrations capture the vibrancy of this delightful Southern adaptation.
