Ang Cheng Guan is Professor of the International History of Southeast Asia. He is presently Associate Dean, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) and Deputy Director, Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies (IDSS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
