He also holds an MA in Law and Economic Integration from the University of Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne and the University del Salvador, Argentina. He is currently an Associate Researcher at the University of Brasilia, Brazil.Horacio Lopez Munoz is an accountant and Professor at the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala and University del Valle de Tlaxcala, Mexico.
