Inspired by her grandchildren, Laurelle thoughtfully designed each character to help young children navigate big and often complex emotions in a gentle supportive way. her work combines storytelling with simple, effective strategies that empower children to understand and manage their feelings.Laurelle is a remedial massage therapist who has also undertaken studies in Chinese medicine and myofascial release. Her experience and training have given her a deeper understanding of the connection between the body and emotions. She thoughtfully incorporates calming techniques such as breath work, gentle body awareness and mindfulness into her stories, helping children regulate their feelings in a safe and nurturing way.
