Both my kids got really engaged and wanted to add a brother to the family description as they are walking. We all like the breathing exercise and the connection to your body feeling heavy and relaxed. The book has a meditative quality to it and it's very calming for kids. The Sleepy Little Bear provides children with a great way to learn how to relax for bed. We've loved reading it before going to sleep! Both my kids really like the story!
