Kim Ramos is an author raised in London and now living in New York. As a mother of three children she gradually noticed a difference in her weight as she entered her 40's, trying several different diets that had little or no effect on her. When she reached her 50's, knowing that she had to act quickly or risk serious health problems, she discovered the ketogenic diet and decided to try it. Kim was able to lose the weight she had gained and, more importantly, she has kept it off.
