Author Information

Deborah Jeanne Weitzman is a native New Yorker who has traveled the world. Like a sailor of the soul and hopeless romantic, these travels have defined and informed her writing. A truth seeker, she's always looking for a spontaneous encounter and a chance to laugh. Her memoir Pandora Learns to Sing is available on Amazon. A touring singer-songwriter - with many TV and Radio appearances - her original music has won numerous awards with ASCAP. Her recordings can be found on Spotify and other online platforms. Her musical, Island in the Storm, won several grants for live performances in Oslo, Norway. She has studied writing at New Paltz State, Bennington College, and Stanford University. The Sinking of the Leonardo da Vinci is her first novel.
