The Shadows of Eldridge

Overview

In the vast plains of Eldermoor lies the abandoned town of Eldridge, shrouded in dark legends. Once a thriving settlement, Eldridge was struck overnight by a mysterious curse that drove its inhabitants mad and forced them to abandon the town. Today, only ruins and the echoes of past events bear witness to its turbulent history. Annika, on vacation, visits the ruins and is quickly captivated by the atmosphere of the ancient settlement. Amidst the remains, she encounters ghosts of the past, still under the influence of the curse. Annika resolves to uncover the background of these events and seek solutions. During her research, she meets Dr. Felix Hartmann, a historian who is also interested in Eldridge's history. Together they explore the ruins, and Annika discovers that Dr. Hartmann has a deeper, personal connection to the town. By examining old diaries and artifacts, it turns out that Felix is a descendant of the last inhabitants. During their stay, it becomes clear that the past will not rest until all the connections are clarified. Annika and Felix not only face supernatural challenges, but must also deal with an opportunistic adventurer whose primary focus is on the material value of the town. Together, they must break the curse and overcome the shadows of Eldermoor before the situation spirals out of control.
