Author Information

Jo Burzynska is a British–New Zealand multidisciplinary researcher, artist, and writer working at the intersection of art and science. Drawing on backgrounds in sonic art and professional wine writing, her research uses crossmodal methods to examine sensory and aesthetic connections between sound and the chemical senses (taste and smell). She exhibits her crossmodal art internationally, is the author of Wine Class, and is the editor of Oenosthesia – Blending Wine and Sound.
