Author Information

<b>C. K. Barrett</b> (1917-2011) was professor of divinity at Durham University for twenty-five years and was a fellow of the British Academy for fifty years. He is especially known for having authored numerous scholarly articles and books, including <i>Commentary on St. John</i>, <i>The First Epistle to the Corinthians</i> (Black's New Testament Commentary), and <i>The New Testament Background: Selected Documents</i>.
