William Steuart McBirnie, PhD, graduated from Southwestern Theological Seminary and held seven earned degrees, enhancing his fifty-eight years in ministry. He was president and founder of the California Graduate School of Theology and of World Emergency Relief. He is the author of The Search for the Twelve Apostles.
