The Search for Orion

Overview

A planet fractured by ancient grudges. Two reluctant heroes in an unlikely alliance. Prince Caelum Harmonia of the planet Ashira is technically royal, questionably competent, and absolutely in over his head. He's just been named captain of the Ursa Major, a starship tasked with finding the only person who can save his dying planet. Unfortunately for Caelum, he has zero leadership skills, a flair for dramatics, and a long-standing reputation for not living up to his father's impossibly high expectations. Andromeda Eris of the Terra 5 space station is a future leader, part-time spaceship mechanic, full-time overachiever, and has finally received her first real mission. Things go sideways fast, and she ends up face-to-face with the one person she swore to never trust: the smug, overly ornate Ashiran prince she's loathed since childhood. Bound by a shared mission and a history soaked in betrayal, Caelum and Andi must overcome centuries of animosity to track down a legendary figure who may hold the key to Ashira's survival. But the deeper they venture into the unknown, the more dangerous the stakes - and the closer they grow to each other. Will their differences tear them apart, or will they be able to save Ashira and facilitate peace between their people?
