Author Information

Christopher I. Beckwith is Distinguished Professor of Central Eurasian Studies at Indiana University. His many books include Empires of the Silk Road, The Tibetan Empire in Central Asia, Greek Buddha, and Warriors of the Cloisters (all Princeton).
