Author Information

Véronique Peiffer, PhD, is an entrepreneur and life sciences professional. Formerly a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, she cofounded and led palmm Co., a company focused on the development of therapeutic bioelectronics. This pivotal experience served as the primary inspiration for The Scrappy Entrepreneur. Véronique holds a leadership role at Genentech, Inc. and teaches the next generation of health technology entrepreneurs as an Associate Director of the Stanford Mussallem Center for Biodesign. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two children.
