Reviews

""Ever since I discovered Christine and Tim's books, the kids and I have yet to go hungry on the trail. These recipes satisfy even the most picky of palates and are simple enough for the least creative of cooks.""—Mike Goldman, editor, Boys' Life and Scouting magazines

As a Scout growing up in the mid '60s, Cooking was my first merit badge earned at summer camp. I wish then I had the Conners' book as a resource. Tim and Christine always write from the point of view of a Scout. The material is fun, easy to read and understand, with the right mix of photos of Scouts cooking in the great outdoors. A great resource for any young person wishing to expand their horizons in the art of cooking. --Frank Ramirez, senior program administration specialist, advancement team, Program Impact Department, Boy Scouts of America
