Stephen Montagna was born in Brooklyn, New York, wherein born into a hard-working old-world Italian family pursuing the American Dream. After his father passed away at the early age of fifty-two, his family moved to Carmel, New York. Mr. Montagna married carrying on his family's old-style traditions along with his new family's traditions.
