"""It's amazing, thorough, scientific, accurate, and cutting-edge in my humble opinion. I love the level of detail, the emphasis on safety, and the way it emphasizes the importance of understanding neuromuscular function, deep fascia, and the interconnected function across joints. It is the best discussion and explanation of the physiology I have read! -Gwyn Scott P.T.A ""I love the training guide! The principles and advice are sound and practical, and based on proven science and techniques. I love it teaches people to train holistically and safely, and that it encourages realistic and sustainable goals. I also love that there are so many types of exercises to stretch, mobilize, coordinate, strength and stabilize! I think the emphasis on safety and neuromuscular reprogramming is so important. The guide provides very thorough training program options to sustain beginning and intermediate benders through months or years of safe and successful growth."" -Gwyn Scott P.T.A."
