Andre Norton (1912-2005) was one of the most popular science fiction and fantasy authors in the world. With series such as Time Traders, Solar Queen, Forerunner, Beast Master, Crosstime, and Janus, as well as many stand-alone novels and short stories, her tales of action and adventure have drawn countless readers to science fiction. She was the first woman to receive the Gandalf Grand Master of Fantasy Award, presented by the World Science Fiction Society in 1977, and the first woman to be named a Grand Master by the Science Fiction Writers of America in 1983. Katelyn Levering is an audiobook narrator who loves to perform in local community-theatre productions. An avid animal and nature lover, she enjoys gardening and crafting and is a proud cat mom to six furry little monsters. She works as a hairdresser in Toledo, Ohio.
