OverviewOsedebamen Oamen was born 16th August 1966 to Mr. and Mrs. Inegbenebholo David Oamen of Ugbokhare Irrua, Esan, Edo State, Nigeria. He had his primary and secondary education in Edo State before proceeding to Obafemi Awolowo University, lle-Ife, Nigeria and University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria.
