One of the legends referred to the Gin Guin or the Earth-rumblers, or the Wheels-that-rumble the earth. The story in essence is this: At various times a rotating wheel or whirling wheel, sometimes surrounded by a cloud, would descend and lightning would sometimes be seen to shoot from it. Then out of it would step a young fair-haired man whom they called Bococitti, the fair haired god who comes from the heavens. Stories like these are found throughout the U.S. and in fact almost all primitive people throughout the world seem to have the same kind of legends.
