Author Information

Jyotendra was born in Imphal in the Indian state of Manipur. He grew up in Kurseong, Darjeeling, in the Himalayas, a district celebrated for its panoramic beauty and delicious Darjeeling tea. Excelling in B2B sales, he rose from a call centre agent to become the regional vice president at a premier IT & business process outsourcing (BPO) company, leading international teams to manage and deliver IT and outsourced services to the biggest brands in the travel and hospitality industries. He has more than two decades of experience in account management, operations and sales, garnered within top tier IT solutions providers across India and the UK. He worked extensively in global markets including India, Asia, the Middle East, UK, Europe and North America. In the autumn of 2018, Jyotendra left his employment to establish Digitek Consulting in United Kingdom. He works with C-suite professionals in BPO and IT Services, advising on and implementing global growth strategies. In his current capacity, he has also supported capability development, software product development, and call centre set up internationally.
