Reviews

This outstanding volume manages to be three things at once: a manual on how to ‘do’ corpus linguistics; a showcase of the state of the art in corpus linguistics and its wide range of applications; and a source of new insights and research directions. As such, it will be a major point of reference for budding and seasoned corpus linguists for many years to come. Elena Semino, Lancaster University, UK
