She is the author of Asian American Media Activism: Fighting for Cultural Citizenship (NYU Press, 2016). Vincent N. Pham is an Assistant Professor of Civic Communication and Media at Willamette University, where he is also affiliate faculty in the American Ethnic Studies program.
