This one is gem for fans of old British Marques and covers a halcyon period during the sixties -- Steve Hole, The Kit Car * The Kit Car * A genuinely excellent work that should interest any historic British vehicle enthusiast, not just Rootes fans. -- Richard Gunn, Classic Car Weekly * Classic Car Weekly * First and foremost, the authenticity of this book is greatly expanded by the fact the foreword was written by none other than Nick Rootes, the 3rd Lord Rootes himself. His special thanks to the author, Geoff Carverhill, reveals that this is a book worth citing and referring to when looking into parts of the Rootes Group brand. -- Aaron Hussain, Car Magazine * Car Magazine * The book is lavishly illustrated with over 400 black & white and colour archive quality photographs. As well as images from the Rootes Archive Centre Trust and Coventry Archives, the book features photographs from private collections, including some from the Rootes family archives, which have never before been seen in the public domain. -- Simon Goldsworthy, Classics World * Classics World *
