Monsignor Anthony Ekpo is Under-Secretary of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development in the Roman Curia. He is also visiting professor of Canon Law at the Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome, and adjunct professor of the Australian Catholic University.
