Overview

The Rising of The Moon Book 1: Changing Tides Part 1 picks up, where The Adventures of Richard McMurphy leaves off, so it is the Second Book in The Richard McMurphy Novel Series. Richard McMurphy enters his senior year of high school and his relationship with his girlfriend Reggiena Fisch starts to improve. Tides are, however, changing for both Richard and Reggiena and this is for the best. We meet Richard's best friend Emily McMermaid, who is an actual mermaid. Richard tells his friends the History of the Knights Templar and the Crusades. Emily McMermaid has an awesome dream about the Crusades and, in this dream, she and Richard are an Irish noble lady and an Irish noble lord, who both go off on Crusade with King Richard the Lionheart.
