K.D. Thomas was raised in Tallahassee, Florida, and most of her stories are set in or around that area. Drawn to the mysteries of the universe, she seeks to unravel the meaning of existence. But being kept in darkness, the human mind can handle so much. Other than writing, she is obsessed with learning and rescuing animals.
