Author Information

Born on 11 January 1959 in Nepal, Dr Sangroula entered into the teaching profession in 1987. He completed his doctorate on 'Criminal Justice System of Nepal with Special Reference to Legal Framework and Practices of Interrogation, Extrajudicial Confession and State of Fair Trial' in 2007. Prof Sangroula is the Executive Director of Kathmandu School of Law, Nepal and President of the Asian Association of Law Professors (AALP). He is also the Chair of the Himalayan Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and Development Affairs Council. His publications include South Asia Geo-economics (2018), Rights to Have Rights (2018), Criminal Justice System, Comparative Study of Criminal Justice System of Nepal with reference to China, Japan, India, U.S.A and U.K (2018), Theories of Logic with Emphasis on Oriental Perspective (2017) and Geo-Strategic Challenges to Nepal's Foreign Policy and Way Forward (2015) (Co-edited).
