Author Information

Tommy Greenwald's sports novels for young readers and listeners, which include Game Changer and its companion novels Rivals, Dinged, and The Right Call, have been on thirty-one state lists, won four state book awards, and have been Amazon Best Book, YALSA Top Ten, and Junior Library Guild selections. Greenwald is also the author of the Good Sports League series, among many other books for children. In his day job, he is the cofounder of Spotco Advertising, a theatrical and entertainment advertising agency in New York City, and the lyricist and co-bookwriter (with Andrew Lippa) of John & Jen, an off-Broadway musical that has been produced around the country and internationally. He lives in Connecticut. Ramón de Ocampo, an Earphones Award-winning narrator, was a cowinner in 2018 of the Audie Award for Best Multi-Voiced Performance. A graduate of the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama, he has been seen on television, film, and stages all over the world, including recurring roles on such television shows as The West Wing, 12 Monkeys, Sons of Anarchy, and Medium. He is the winner of a prestigious Obie Award for his stage work.
