In addition to the three previous editions of The Regulation of International Trade, he is the author of The Limits of Freedom of Contract and The Making of the Mosaic: A History of Canadian Immigration Policy. Robert L. Howse is Lloyd C. Nelson Professor of International Law at New York University, USA.
