Barbara DeVore earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from the University of Puget Sound, where her involvement with Alpha Phi, Gamma Zeta chapter, inspired her Delta Rho Chi series. Residing in Mount Vernon, Washington, with her husband Gene, Barbara enjoys family life with their two adult children, David in Guadalajara and Michelle in Everett with her husband Brendan and their grand cat, Toby.
