This book contains the complete text of the Delaware General Corporation Law, with VisiLaw markings. VisiLaw is a patented, grammar-based system for marking statutes and other legal materials to make them easier to read. The marked text is the same as the unmarked text, but with the markings superimposed. A sample of the markings appears on the cover of the book. The markings promote analysis by visually dividing complex sentences into clauses that can be read and analyzed one at a time.
