As far as what it takes to re-purpose a tool, one of the most impressive examples is the love/hate relationship the U.S. President has with the social media powerhouse Twitter. Donald Trump, one of the oldest U.S. Presidents, has undeniably and probably eternally re-purposed the function of the traditionally young-loving Twitter world, AND the role that it plays in the day to day operations of the most powerful office in the world.
