Author Information

Award-winning author Shae Coon writes dark romance that tantalizes while leaving you guessing what comes next. Her inspiration came from author Penelope Sky after reading her Buttons and Lace series and fell in love with the angsty alpha males and twisted plot lines. Shae has eight published titles, including the Marron House Romance Series and the Dark Roma Mafia Romance Series. Before she started writing romance, Shae received her veterinary assistant certification and worked in a low-cost vet clinic before switching gears to become the top-performing project coordinator for a local construction company and ultimately leaving to pursue her dream of becoming a full-time writer. Shae is a die-hard Dallas Stars hockey fan who enjoys iced coffee, books, and spending time with her crazy, outspoken, say-it-like-it-is family. Shae also volunteers her time to other authors, whether helping them with imposter syndrome, creating a beautiful book cover for an up-and-coming author, or interviewing them to help get the word out. When Shae is not writing, she volunteers with an anti-human trafficking organization or relaxes with her husband and two children.
