Overview

We exist. We are alive. This life is, absolutely, the greatest gift the cosmos has to offer. It is like we have already won the cosmic lottery. Yet many people find themselves struggling with depression. Why? Because, for the first time, a life form has the ability to control its environment. The amazing speed, 20,000 years, at which we went from hunter-gatherers to modern humans is both a boon and a bane to humanity. On the one hand, we can provide for ourselves better than any living being in history. On the other hand, we can't possibly evolve fast enough to adapt to this new environment we have created. We must use the same faculties to remedy this dilemma that we have put into creating it. We must become Rational Spiritual Warriors, before we cause our own extinction.
