With over 30 years of experience within the environmental field, specializing in storm water regulatory compliance and erosion and sediment control, he is a Qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Practitioner (QSP), a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD), a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), a Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI), a Qualified Industrial SWPPP Practitioner (QISP), and a Caltrans approved Water Pollution Control Manager.
