Dr. Paradiso-Testa taught Pre-K-12, and served as an Administrator, holding New Jersey Administrative Certifications as Principal/Chief School Administrator and Superintendent. During her Administrative years, as Principal/CSA, Dr. Paradiso-Testa received the National School Leadership Award for 5 consecutive years! While being CSA, Dr. Paradiso-Testa entered the arena of Higher Education teaching more than fifteen courses to graduate students in 3 Universities across the disciplines of Education, Psychology, History, and Religion. Dr. Paradiso-Testa mentored International Students from more than 80 countries. Additionally, Dr. Paradiso-Testa teaches Alternate Route Teachers, is: a Grant Writer, a contributing and Published Author, a Guest Speaker invited to Present at numerous National and International Conferences, and a Conference Host. Dr. Paradiso-Testa founded ABOVE & BEYOND: the Consulting Network, and is very proud to be invited to bring her professional services to Kean University.
