Monna Arvinen-Barrow is a British Psychological Society chartered psychologist working as Associate Professor in sport and performance psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA, and as an online contributing faculty at the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences, USA. She is the co-editor of the 2013 book The Psychology of Sport Injury and Rehabilitation and has an interest and expertise in biopsychosocial aspects of sport and performance injury occurrence, rehabilitation, and return to participation process. In 2016, Monna received the Dorothy V. Harris award from the Association for Applied Sport Psychology for her distinguished contributions in the field of sport and exercise psychology as a scholar/practitioner. Damien Clement is Assistant Dean in the Honors College and Associate Professor at West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia, USA. Damien is a certified athletic trainer (ATC) and a national certified counselor (NCC) as well as an Association for Applied Sport Psychology certified mental performance consultant (CMPC). His research interests span both sport and exercise psychology and athletic training. In 2014, Damien was the recipient of the Dorothy V. Harris award by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology for his distinguished contributions in the field of sport and exercise psychology as a scholar/practitioner.
