OverviewThe Protestant Problem 3 is a fictional debate between three attorneys - a Jew, a Catholic, and a sola scriptura advocate - who argue the Virgin Birth doctrine before work every morning. In this third volume of The Protestant Problem series, the three attorneys (Ian, Jerome and Sarah) struggle when Sarah argues that there is no explicit Virgin Birth statement anywhere in the earliest Christian Bible manuscripts, and that the early church described Jesus as the son of Joseph ( naturally ) in Matthew 1:1, Matthew 1:16 and in Matthew 1:25, using esoteric, Mosaic vernacular, so as to explain why they believed Jesus could satisfy, even, Jewish expectation of the messiah. Sarah claims that the Virgin Birth legend is just another misguided Catholic interpretation of the birth narrative found in the Gospels of Matthew and Luke which, Sarah argues, could have devastating implications for the State of Israel, today, who seem to believe that a Jew does have the ability to accept authority to establish a Jewish government in Israel, if it is granted to him in writing from the non-Jewish government who is occupying the land of Israel at the time. Peek in on this heated, yet humorous debate, to find out how Sarah spins the historical birth narratives of Jesus into today's Middle East crisis in a way we've never heard before. Can Ian prove Sarah wrong? D.S. Waggoner is the author of three volume series, The Protestant Problem, as well as of The Virgin Birth Legend.
