Author Information

Eamon Maher is Joint Principal Investigator of the Irish Studies Centre in TU Dublin and was founder and Director of the National Centre for Franco-Irish Studies from 2005-2025. He is General Editor of the Reimagining Ireland and Studies in Franco-Irish Relations series, both with Peter Lang. He is a renowned expert on the work of Jean Sulivan and that of John McGahern and has published extensively on aspects of the work of both these writers, along with many others.
