Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationXuzhu Dong received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1995 and 1998, respectively, and the second Ph.D. degree from Virginia Tech, Virginia, USA, in 2002. He is a professor and the dean of the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Wuhan University, Wuhan, China. He was the deputy chief engineer and the director of the Smart Grid Institute of China Southern Power Grid (CSG) Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), Guangzhou, China. Before joined CSG, he worked with Progress Energy, FirstEnergy, and EPRI solutions in USA, as a senior engineer, stuff engineer, and lead engineer. He was involved into several key smart grid demonstration projects with CSG. He is a member of CIGRE.
