Author Information

The Author: Michael P. Marks is Associate Professor of Politics at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. He received his Ph.D. in government from Cornell University. Among his published works are articles on European integration, classroom pedagogy, the role of celebrities in politics and a book, The Formation of European Policy in Post-Franco Spain, which focuses on the role of ideas and knowledge in international relations.
