John Rothrock is a physician, clinical neuroscientist and professor of neurology at the George Washington University School of Medicine. The Price of Passage is the second volume of a southwestern trilogy, The Heart's Hard Turning. Rothrock has authored five other adult novels, as well as The Herb Trilogy, a series of short books written for children. The author and his family live in Bethesda, Maryland....
