Overview

The educational improvement project is intended to strengthen the preparation of teachers of the Natural Sciences Department of the Aralio Hernández García Joint Center, through the development of methodological actions that lead them from their subjects to an adequate direction of the pedagogical professional orientation. Due to the importance of this topic, it is necessary to search for alternatives in this direction, since practice has shown that there are insufficiencies that start from the educational work in the classes to the extracurricular activities that are carried out with the students, negatively affecting their motivation to choose pedagogical careers for the continuity of their studies.
