She is the deputy editor-in-chief for Nutrition: The International Journal of Applied and Basic Nutritional Sciences and is also editor for the gastrointestinal issue of Current Opinion in Metabolic and Nutrition Care, as well as an editorial board member for several other nutrition journals.
