Theatre Skills Taught- Students will deepen their understanding of the Auditioning process by... -performing cold readings, -preparing contrasting monologues, -understand physicality and body language, and -incorporate the 12 guideposts to preparatory work. Lessons include: Build the Relationship Find the Conflict Create The Moment Before Add Humor Play the Opposites Make Discoveries Understand the ways we Communicate Learn what is important and how to play it Identify the playable Events Learn how to effectively set your work in a Place Understanding games and roles people play.
